In her expanded leadership role, Parker will oversee Elevate, Fairway’s national platform for growth, education, and partnership development. Elevate provides loan officers and real estate partners with advanced training, marketing resources, branding strategies, and live events designed to fuel long-term production and market presence.

Parker will also lead Fairway West, a regional initiative focused on delivering what she calls the “Digital Edge” — hands-on support in social media, AI adoption, personal branding, and modern business development for originators and their referral partners.
